Diet Lemon

The lemon diet, devised by Dr. Martine Andre had a big hit in recent years after they had spread the rumor that this diet was followed by the famous models and actresses whose physical form is no doubt envied by all women. The secret to slimming success of this scheme, from which the diet is also known, is the lemon food that contains excellent cleansing properties.

The diet of the lemon provides that all day you drink glasses of a drink made with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne pepper, all diluted in 30 degrees cold natural water. This drink, which must be made with fresh lemon juice and concentrate, to be taken after getting up, that is half an hour before breakfast, and as a snack mid-morning and mid-afternoon is usually accompanied by some fruit or some raw vegetables.

According to the proponents of this diet, the cleansing power of this juice is so high that even in the first day of dieting you can lose between 500 grams and 1 kg. In reality it should be noted that although the food program designed by the doctor, at least in the early days provides a fairly restrictive diet, and in particular:

Day 1, as you wake up a glass of lemonade, half an hour after breakfast with red fruit salad, 1 apple 1 pear and a handful of toasted almonds.
Snack: A banana + lemonade with a handful of pumpkin seeds
Lunch: Salad, beans or lentils dressed with a teaspoon of oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice of course.
Snack: Lemonade with raw vegetables (radishes, celery)
Dinner: Grilled lean fish with boiled vegetables a couple of hours before going to bed a warm lemonade.

Day 2, As you wake up after half an hour and lemonade or fruit salad mixed with yogurt and a bunch of dim oat + 30 ml soy milk.
Snack: 8 almonds with a fruit juice
Lunch: Soup of organic vegetables, 2 slices of bread with a little cheese
Snack: A handful of cherry tomatoes with a tablespoon of cottage cheese
Dinner: Fish or pole topped with a grilled teaspoon of oil, vinegar and lemon juice, leafy vegetables fried without sauce, peaches, cinnamon, warm or hot lemonade.

Day 3, As you wake up lemon juice, half an hour after an egg layered with 2 slices of bread toasted with a bit of butter and a baked tomato grill, 30ml of soy milk
Snack: 2 apricots, unsalted peanuts and a smoothie with lemon juice and apple watercress
Lunch: Soup with a handful of beans, a handful of beans, and a handful of chick peas with the green pepper and tomato, seasoned with juice lemon, a wholemeal sandwich, green salad and a kiwi
Snack: Strawberries 1 oatcakes and cheese
Dinner: Mixed vegetables and brown rice with raisins cote, a grilled banana with 2 cubes of dark chocolate melted on it.

Day 4, As you wake up the usual lemonade, half an hour after breakfast with red fruit, 1 peach, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and soy milk 30ml
Snack: Macedonia seasoned with lemon juice 30 ml of milk and other soy hot
Lunch: Salad of beans, a wholemeal sandwich, a yogurt
Snack: 1 bunch of grapes, 1 tablespoon sunflower
Dinner: Baked salmon on seasoned juice lemon with a mixture of vegetables, a small cup of chocolate ice cream with chopped nuts

Day 5, In the morning warm lemon juice, half an hour after smoothie with 2 bananas 30ml of milk a soy yogurt and 2 slices of toasted bread
Snack: Dried fruit
Lunch: 1 boiled potato and two handfuls of beans with a green salad, a pear or a fish
Snack: Mix of raw vegetables
Dinner: Pepper stuffed with 4 tablespoons of cooked rice with chives, tomatoes and feta cheese 60gr, accompanied by boiled vegetables, a baked apple with a little maple syrup.

Day 6, Wake up lemon juice, half an hour after a hard-boiled egg cut into slices with a tomato and a toasted bread
Snack: Dried fruit with 30ml of soya
Lunch: A slice of bread with a little smoked salmon and a bit of cucumber, yogurt
Snack: 1 fish and 1 small bunch of grapes
Dinner: 2 handfuls of pasta with a small box full of tuna in brine a bit of tomato and two tablespoons of corn, boiled vegetables seasoned with more lemon juice

Day 7: As you wake up lemon juice, half an hour after a fruit salad with yogurt a handful of oatmeal and soy milk 30ml
Snack: 1 fish, nuts
Lunch: 1 small avocado with shrimp salad seasoned with lemon juice, 1 apple
Snack: 1 slice of bread toasted with a little cheese
Dinner: 2 egg omelette with mushrooms and a little grated cheese, boiled vegetables 1 small banana should always remember that because of its one should not follow this diet for too long a period, partly because the diet of the lemon should yield results within a week.
