How to make yourself a French manicure: Instruction

French manicure - an elegant and always popular. It is easy to make yourself at home by following the practical advice.

Wash your hands and remove the old paint by using nail polish remover. To remove the varnish on the edges, you can use a cotton swab or stick to remove cuticles with cotton on the end dipped in the same vehicle.

Trim nails straight scissors or tweezers. Then take a nail file and trim corners. You should get a form, the average between the oval and rectangular. Use a fine-grained way nail file to trim them.

Apply cuticle remover.

Prepare a bath for nails - drip into the bowl with warm water and a few drops of almond oil or jojoba (in principle, any suitable base oil). Hold your hand in the bath for five minutes. Blot with a towel.

Take a piece of cotton wool, soak in water and wrap the tip of the stick from an orange tree. Gently push the cuticles. Do not cut them - it is less accurate and can be painful cuts.

Apply exfoliating scrub on your hands, then rinse and brush with cream. Again put on a special cuticle cream. After that, degrease the nails, again wiping them with cotton wool soaked in nail polish remover.

Starting with the little finger, apply a thin layer of varnish on the base under all the nails.

Apply a light shade of neutral nail polish, close to natural. Let it dry. Wait two minutes, then apply another layer. The thinner the layer of varnish, the better. To achieve this, wipe one side of the brush on the edge of the bottle with the varnish and paint the other side of the brush. Best way to apply paint in three movements - first on center of the nail, then turns on the edges.

White nail edge cover opaque white or beige lacquer. In the traditional French manicure white line usually straight. But you can draw it slightly bent according to the natural shape of the nail, so the nails will seem longer. To lacquer peeling, lacquered nail edge and also a little below it.

Remove any excess paint with a Q-tip tool for nail polish remover.

Cover the nail transparent top cover. Allow the varnish to dry completely - this will take at least 20 minutes.
